The new design of the feedback card is made to lighten the visual load to help make understanding and digesting customer feedback experience smoother and more insightful.

In our mission to create a unified database for all customer interactions, clarity is key. Our old bibliographic-style citations were more like a riddle than a resource. It turns out, that was more confusing than enlightening. Customers were left scratching their heads over what the numbers actually meant. Plus, getting to the actual user feedback felt like a quest for the Holy Grail—too many clicks. Now, we’ve overhauled the citation format so it’s crystal clear how much feedback backs each claim. Fewer clicks, less confusion—everyone wins.

To empower actions on top of customer interactions, we've introduced subtle text animations on Custom Prompts. We’ve added a touch of flair with subtle text animations in the input field to encourage custom prompts. Think of it as a nudge from us to you—a little bit of animation magic to guide your fingers toward crafting that perfect prompt.
