Receiving customer feedback can be stressful, but who says it has to be boring? At Enterpret, we believe customer feedback should be fun! That’s why we’re launching a series to share humorous and quirky memes to help remind us of the benefits of listening to your customers.

Enterpret isn't just about serious stuff like analytics. Sure, we unify feedback from Zendesk, Typeform, social media, and app reviews. Yes, we train custom machine learning models to make sense of it all. But we also believe in the power of humor to bring people together and inspire product teams.

Join us as we explore the lighter side of feedback. Get ready to laugh, relate, and maybe find some inspiration for your own product team. After all, a happy team is a productive team. Who knows? You might discover that the key to understanding your customers is a bit of laughter.

If you answered anything but D, read the post in the comments by our CEO Varun about why manually tagging feedback is ridiculous (and what you should do instead).

SNL's Stefon on Enterpret

We love Bill Hader's character Stefon on SNL. Stefon has a distinctive style, featuring exaggerated mannerisms, a soft voice, and a penchant for dramatic hand gestures, often covering his mouth when he giggles or is amused.

Stefon's vibe involves recommending absurd and imaginary hotspots, which he describes in detail, filled with bizarre and humorous elements. His catchphrases and unique delivery, along with his unpredictable and hilarious descriptions inspired us to create Stefon's take on Enterpret - the hottest new software.

Convincing a PM to build a feature

At the Oscars in 2012, Emma Stone was presenting the award for Best Visual Effects when she tried to get Jonah Hill up on stage to dance. The playful interaction made us think of how challenging it can be when it comes to producing

Enterpret Parkour!

In May 2024, Apple debuted some news about Mac OS at WWDC and Craig FederighI showed off some sweet parkour moves. This meme took off like fire and we immediately thought of The Office parkour attempted by Michael Scott, Dwight, and Andy around the Dunder Mifflin office. Enjoy!

Customer 👏🏼 Feedback 👏🏼 Should 👏🏼 Be 👏🏼 Fun

We're kicking this off with the quote that inspired it all. In Season 2, Episode 9 of summer House, Kyle Cooke famously said, "Summer should be fun". Here's a little Enterpret twist:

Enterpret is one of the most powerful tools in our toolkit. It's very Member-friendly. We've been able to share how other teams can modify and self-serve in Enterpret. It's bridged a gap to getting access to Member feedback, and I see all our teams finding ways to use Enterpret to answer Member-related questions.

The big win-win is our VoC program enabled us to leverage our engineering resources to ship significantly awesome and valuable features while minimizing bug fixes and" keep the lights on" work. Magnifying and focusing on the 20% that causes the impact is like finding the needle in a haystack, especially when you have issues coming from all over the place

Enterpret has made it so much easier to understand our customer feedback. Every month I put together a Voice of Customer report on feedback trends. Before Enterpret it would take me two weeks - with Enterpret I can get it done in 3 days.

Global VP of Customer Experience, Notion
The advantage of Enterpret is that we’re not relying entirely on human categorization. Enterpret is like a second brain that is looking out for themes and trends that I might not be thinking about.
Misty Smith
Head of Product Operations, Notion
As a PM, I want to prioritize work that benefits as many of our customers as possible. It can be too easy to prioritize based on the loudest customer or the flavor of the moment. Because Enterpret is able to compress information across all of our qualitative feedback sources, I can make decisions that are more likely to result in positive outcomes for the customer and our business.
Duncan Stewart
Product Manager
We use Enterpret for our VoC & Root Cause Elimination Program. It's helping us solve the issues of aggregating disparate sources of feedback (often tens of thousands per month) and distilling it into specific reasons, with trends, so we can see if our product fixes are delivering impact.
