Introducing our latest game-changing feature, Categories! We're making your feedback analysis journey more engaging, structured, and efficient.

• We're launching four new categories: Help, Improvement, Complaint, and Praise. Watch as we cleverly tag tracked keywords and reasons with these categories.
• Flexibly apply categories as filters throughout the product for a laser-focused analysis.
• It's super easy to try out these categories. Just switch the "Show Categories" toggle on Quantify or Compare.

Please note this feature is still in beta, and we'll gradually roll it out to individual users. Your patience and feedback during this phase are highly appreciated. Get ready for a whole new Enterpret experience!

We are thrilled to introduce our new Reddit Integration, curated to give you a comprehensive understanding of user sentiments and discussions on Reddit.

• Every post and comment in a subreddit becomes a unique feedback record, ensuring every voice is heard.
• Benefit from the anonymous nature of Reddit, a platform known for honest feedback, to make data-driven decisions.
• Each feedback record includes its context, like previous comments and the original post, for a deep dive into discussions.

We are thrilled to announce our first of many updates to improve team collaboration on Enterpret.

• Click on the Dashboards icon from the left navbar and immerse yourself in a universe of shared insights—no need to start from scratch or navigate through templates. Explore dashboards collaboratively built by your team.
• We've revamped templates to be interactive, making your experience more engaging.

🍒 Small Improvements: The Cherry on Top 🍒

We've also been working behind the scenes to fine-tune your Enterpret experience.

• Query Builder Improvements: We've removed the redundant field name in the field group title. The value dropdown opens by default when you select a filter from Query Builder without choosing a value.
• Quick Filters on Dashboard: Zoom through your data analysis with our Quick Filters.
• Navigating your feedback data just became more intuitive. We've introduced a comprehensive list view as the default for Anomalies, making it easier to overview all anomalous labels and expected and actual records.
