Customer feedback tools, especially surveys, in an attempt to get a 360° view of the customers' delights and grievances, often contain directed questions about each. Answering these questions requires a lot of manual tagging and can take hours.
Keeping in mind how important it is for our customers to identify and double down on both their wins and their losses, we at Enterpret are happy to introduce filter by Question - a way to zoom in to and analyze specific parts of your survey feedback.
Simply search for the question filter in the query builder and select the question you'd like answered.
All the predictions and the corresponding statistics will now specifically be for the responses to the question selected.
