How we use PRDs at Enterpret

At Enterpret, the product team writes PRDs with a specific goal: getting stakeholder buy-in and unblocking the next steps in the project. This template provides a systematic framework for breaking down product problems and structuring potential solutions.

To demonstrate how this template works, I'll use the scenario that I'm an AI PM at Open AI working on improving quality of life and collaboration features. While I'm using publicly available Open AI data for the examples, this isn't meant to represent the full depth of our product development process.
