Enterpret's 2023 Year in Review!

In 2023, we focused on shipping features to help product organizations manage and utilize customer feedback to:

January: Update your Custom Taxonomy
We kicked 2023 off with a bang, allowing you to update your taxonomy and giving you more control and flexibility. Two major updates:
- Add, Edit, or Archive Tracked Keywords
- Update, Archive & Merge Reasons
These new features make it simple to keep your taxonomy up-to-date and well-organized. Try them out and see how easy it is to manage your reasons!
February: Visually Inclusive Color Palette
As part of our continued commitment to visual inclusivity, we introduced a new color palette in February, offering 15 new charting colors. The design is more accessible to users with different vision abilities, including those with color blindness.
March: Dashboard Templates
March saw the introduction of Dashboard Templates! We aim to make it easy for users to dive into feedback analysis without facing hurdles. Dashboard Templates provide a way to utilize Dashboards immediately and share consistent, relevant insights with your team. By reducing complexity and fostering collaboration, you can make better-informed decisions together.
April: Anomaly Detection in Quantify
April was a milestone month with significant improvements to our Anomaly Detection feature. Now integrated into our Quantify page, this feature became more intuitive, allowing users to spot substantial deviations in their feedback data effortlessly.
May: Categories
In May, we introduced Categories to elevate experience and efficiency in your feedback analysis! Discover a more structured approach to feedback analysis with our four predefined categories - Help, Improvement, Complaint, and Praise. The update included new functionality around smart tagging, fixed Category Reasons, cross-Category merges, and Category Filters for cleaner and more relevant analysis.
June: Saved Feedback
June's highlight was the launch of our Saved Feedback feature. This new addition allowed users to bookmark and quickly access critical feedback insights.
July: Dashboards Customization
July brought with it the ability to tailor dashboards like never before. Users now have the freedom to resize widgets and rearrange them per their preference, making for a more personalized and efficient dashboard experience.
August: Saved Search Reports
In August, we introduced Saved Search Reports, which now include a summary of all feedback within the Search. And yes, we've peppered in sample user quotes for each summary sentence to give you a clearer picture. Now, with the revamped reports, the essence of feedback is presented concisely, saving you time and providing sharper insights.
September: Census Integration
September marked our integration with Census, allowing product teams to connect their data warehouses seamlessly to Enterpret and opened up new avenues for comprehensive customer feedback analysis.
October: Summarized Queries
October's highlight was the introduction of Summarized Queries. This feature provided high-level summaries of insights from large volumes of feedback, making it easier for users to glean insights quickly and efficiently.
November: Improved CSV Importer
In November, we made a few enhancements to our CSV Importer to improve the experience when teams upload feedback and help optimize uploaded data for our models.
December: Synced Users and Accounts
In December, we launched Synced Users and Accounts - a core feature of Enterpret that helps teams links customer feedback to revenue data. Synced Users and Accounts unlock a unique and powerful new way to analyze customer feedback by user and account data so your organization can make data-driven decisions that drive revenue and growth.
