Global Toggle for Feedback <> Summary

Sometimes, little improvements make a big difference. Our latest feature - the Global Toggle for Feedback <> Summary - has made it easier for you to focus on what matters most.

How does it work?

The Global Toggle allows you to switch between Feedback and Summary views for all feedback cards in one go. This means no more individually toggling each card, just a single switch for your entire search analysis and feedback drawer!

Why this change?

We understand that, at times, you might prefer to read feedback, while on other occasions, you might want to read crisp summaries to get a broader perspective. However, before, switching to the summary view for all feedback required toggling each card separately - not very convenient, right?

To make your experience more seamless, we've introduced the Global Toggle. This way, you can dive into the insights that matter most to you without breaking a sweat.

Scheduled Notifications - For the love of calm

Presenting - Scheduled notifications and choose if you want to end your week on Friday with Feedback or add it to Monday Blues.

How does it work?
You can now select the slack channel and the frequency of the feedback stream with a custom day of the week and time to receive the feedback.

Click on subscribe feedback, select the slack channel, and set your frequency.

Improvement:Top Datapoints on Quantify

Analyzing customer feedback is now even easier with the new Top X feature on Quantify. Previously, saved Quantify data could only display values from the last user selection, which risked getting outdated as more feedback came in over time. With the new Top X feature, you can save and display the top 5, 10, or 15 values for a variety of data points, such as reasons, keywords, and metadata.

How does it work?

To use this feature, select the number of top values you want to display for a given data point. Quantify will then display the top values in descending order, enabling you to identify the most common issues customers are experiencing quickly. In addition, you can save this selection and always view the top values, even after future data updates.

It was the previous version of our reports, it was harder to find associated keywords, and the Slack UI didn't do us many favours with visualization and color codes to help streamline the feedback analysis.

Introducing PDF Reports! Now you can subscribe to receive detailed PDFs of your Search and Dashboard Reports.
You can also export Dashboards as PDFs.

These reports are loaded with visualizations and insights that give you a better understanding of your customer's needs. They are super easy to access and share, so you can work with your team to improve your products and services.
