Interpretability in Feedback Cards
New and Improved Feedback Cards
We, at Enterpret, value building trust with you and the predictions being made. Launching an improved layout of Feedback Cards with emphasis on the interpretability of the model. All predictions now explain why the prediction was made.
- Detailed layout: Easier to read through the entire conversation, survey, review, or any other feedback.
- Interpretability: Skip reading the entire conversation by just clicking on reasons of feedback or entities mentioned - and the feedback card will take you where the prediction was made.
Amplitude Integration
Sync Amplitude cohorts with Enterpret and join customer feedback with user behavior. Answer some key questions like:
- What is the voice of churned users saying?
- How is the voice of churned users different from that of retained users?
- How is the voice of casual users different from that of power users?
Leverage the feedback your users are already giving you. Get key user insights that move your product metrics in seconds, not months.
Normalize by total feedback
Total feedback count changes week over week or month over month. We just launched normalization analysis, which discounts for feedback variations over time. Time series tooltips now show how much the count changed compared to the previous time period.
New Feedback Integrations
We are launching new one-click integrations every week to build your unified feedback repository. New integrations we have launched recently:
- Typeform: Automatically ingest Typeform surveys into Enterpret.
- G2: Ingest G2 reviews into Enterpret and answer why users dislike or like your product with one click.
Crystalball 🔮
Anomalies
Helps you find customer feedback proactively that slips through the crack. Inspect time series data over multiple weeks or months - and find what customers have been saying which is trending up.
We have defined two system-level anomaly rules, to find weekly and monthly anomalies in your voice of the customer - so that no customer goes unheard.
Soon, we would be adding custom anomaly rules so you can set up queries like find me all anomalies in the voice of power users.
Stat Widgets
Metrics are numbers and statistics that we use to measure or track performance. Metrics model complex information into principal components, that help us understand one number instead of many moving parts.
Introducing two metrics:
- Average Sentiment Score: Compute your average sentiment score for any source, for any customer segment, or for any date range.
- Total Feedback Count: Counts the number of feedback records for the given query.
Soon, we would be launching how the metric has changed compared to another query.
Huuuuge reason model improvements #2 and Add A New Entity
Unstructured Data Structured
Reasons are distilled voice of the customer. We have rolled out two major improvements to the reason detection and tagging model.
- Recall increased by 30+%: 30-50% improvements on tagging existing reasons with feedback while maintaining 90+% precision.
- Reason detection improved by 40%: A new model which detects new precise reasons automatically.
The implication is that 30-50% more of your unstructured customer feedback would get structured and allow you to do analytics on it.
Add a new Entity
Entity is a keyword group often mentioned by a customer. Enterpret automatically detects 90% of the entities that would be relevant to your product. For the 10% of cases, we have released a new feature to Add a New Entity.
You would only need to define what the name of the entity is, and what keywords you want to be tracked with it. Enterpret will then update your historical records for the past 3 months wherever the entity was mentioned. Fascinating, isn't it? See the demo above.

Launching new querybuilder experience. Add filters by searching over possible values. Smart defaults build the query in just a few clicks. Narrow down the query from datapoints in a chart. Do this and more, all from your keyboard.

Just in time feedback alerts
Launching just in time feedback alerts to build a frontdoor service of customer feedback insights that flow directly into the team. Configure a query to find the relevant feedback and send it in realtime to slack or email.
Fixes and Improvements
- Co-relation filter to see co-related entities/reasons.
- Don't crash on saving an analysis with zero widgets.
- Ability to archive and unarchive an analysis.

Better Widgets
Launching new Widgets with crisp UI to export data, change visualizations on the fly and drag-n-drop to rearrange widgets.
Improved UX of Managing Widgets
Widgets can be added or removed from an analysis to answer a query on customer feedback. With the new UX of managing widgets, users can easily search to find possible widgets and remove/add them.
Data Filtering
Widget data can now be filtered in the sidebar easily to only show what is relevant to the analysis. You can search for data points, filter by theme and apply other filtering options directly in the sidebar.

Reason model improvements
Reasons are self-descriptive short summaries of the voice of customers in feedback. We have released a new model for reasons which has improved its recall between 1.2-2x. Essentially, this would mean that more feedback is tagged with reasons and is easier to analyze.
We have backfilled all data from January 1 2021 with the updated model.
Invite Flow
We have made it easier to invite users to Enterpret. You'll only be able to add users of the verified domain. You can also copy a magic invite link and share it with your colleagues.
Shortcuts
In our effort to make Enterpret even easier to use, we have added keybindings to easily switch between different views present in Enterpret. So, now by pressing Shift + S - you will be moved to semantic search.
Fixes and improvements
- Fixed a bug where creating a new chart was crashing for fields with a quote in them.
- Improved the UI for reports.
- Fixed broken highlights for entity and reason.
