Co-occurring Toggle on Compare with Category Filter Improvements

Category filters used to be broken in the Compare view. You couldn't exclude co-occurring reasons either. Now, both issues are fixed. The co-occurring toggle is here to make the Compare view much more useful.

Enhanced Journey for Adding Widgets to Dashboards

Adding widgets to dashboards just got easier. You can now drop widgets between rows or in the first row itself. This small change can make a big difference in how you organize your dashboard.

Enterpret Links Now Unfurl

Enterpret links now unfurl in tools like Figma, Linear, and Notion, giving you a quick snapshot of what Enterpret is. Before, these links were just plain URLs. Now, they provide context at a glance.

Auto-Collapse Summary Section on Scroll

When you want to dive into feedback records, the summary section now auto-collapses as you scroll. No more hunting for the collapse button. It's a small tweak that makes consuming feedback a lot smoother.

Enterpret Dashboards got a glow up to make storytelling in Enterpret more powerful and easier. Now you can:

  1. Add Text to add context or summarize key takeaways
  2. Add Summaries for faster ways to surface insights from the noise (complete with annotations for deeper investigation)

These updates make VoC reporting from Enterpret even easier so you can align your team around insights, democratize access to feedback, and build better products.

Shipped multi-select Fields on Unified Fields for easier editing

Users can now select multiple fields together while creating or editing a Unified Field. Previously, this was limited to one selection at a time.

Enabled CTA to navigate to created Quantify from Wisdom

Users can now navigate to a Quantify they created from Wisdom by clicking on the VIEW QUANTIFY CTA in the notification. Previously, there was no simple way to get to the created Quantify.

Reduced precision of % to 1 decimal point for less cognitive load

The precision of percentage values on Enterpret is now 1 decimal point. Previously, this was 2 decimal points, which added unnecessary cognitive load without sufficient value.

Released ability to Add Text in a Dashboard for enhanced storytelling with customer insights

By popular demand Enterpret users can add Text to your Dashboards! This feature allows you to jot down notes, provide explanations for your Quantify charts, and add any additional context needed. Improve communication and make your dashboards more informative and insightful.

Delivered new Error States for CSV File Upload Errors for clarity in error handling

Error encountered while uploading

Revamped the error states for CSV file uploads through the Integrations screen. Previously, users encountered a generic "failed to fetch" error, making troubleshooting difficult. Now, two distinct error state screens will provide specific feedback:

  • Error encountered while uploading
  • Error encountered after uploading

This enhancement reduces frustration and helps users quickly identify and resolve issues.

Launched Wisdom Chat List Extension for maximum visibility

Previously see all Wisdom chats was limited to 10 chats and now we've update the CTA to "See all Chats" and the list now displays as many chats as can fit in the left pane without scrolling. This enhancement allows you to access more conversations at a glance, improving efficiency and user experience.

Introduced Summarize with Wisdom CTA improvement on feed to optimize screen space

The Summarize with Wisdom CTA has been refined to save vertical space. We've replaced the full-width CTA with a regular CTA next to the feedback/summary toggle. Additionally, minor adjustments to the summary card enhance usability, making your workflow smoother and more intuitive.

Bug Fixes

Updated Dashboard navigation for Quantify Charts for better dashboard management

We've fixed the issue where adding a Quantify chart to the dashboard redirected users to the bottom of the page. Now, when you insert a chart, you remain at the chosen position, ensuring a seamless and efficient dashboard management experience.

NEW! Collections allow you to curate, organize, and share groups of feedback. Cherry-pick the most important feedback or group relevant insights together that can be used for planning, onboarding and sharing insights with your team.

  • Enrich Product Strategy and Documentation: Use Collections to gather and organize valuable anecdotes and feedback. Use Collections during product strategy meets or link in planning documents, PRDs, and other key documentation with curated insights that provide a deeper understanding of user needs and preferences.
  • Democratize Insights Across Teams: Empower your team by providing access to curated feedback. Collections enable you to bring your team into the feedback loop in a structured and meaningful way, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed about user perspectives.
  • Accelerate Team Onboarding: Make Collections part of your onboarding process for new teammates. By sharing curated sets of feedback, new teammates can quickly get up to speed with user insights, company priorities, and project context, facilitating a smoother transition and faster productivity.

Improved the Compare Page Experience with Auto-Save Renamed Filters

Users can now rename filters on the Compare page by simply pressing `Enter`, eliminating the need to interact with the❌ or ✅ icons. This enhancement reduces the number of clicks and streamlines the renaming process.

Updated Dashboard Filters  to apply to the denominators for more accurate data representation

Global filters on dashboards will now apply to the denominator of a Quantify chart. This change ensures consistency and accuracy in the displayed results, addressing previous issues where unexpected results occurred due to filters not applying to the denominator.

Added Time-Range quick switch on Trend Charts with no results for better user interaction

Trend charts without results will now display the quick switchers at the bottom of the bar, allowing users to easily switch to a different time window. This improvement enhances user interaction and includes updated copy for better clarity.
